Dry the Tomato Seeds for Storage
Tomato seeds will germinate and/or mold if they are not dried quickly so the damp seeds must be spread onto a sheet or window screen and laid in a well-ventilated, shaded area. Stirring the seeds every few hours can quicken the drying process. Place the dried seeds into an airtight jar or zippered bag and place into the refrigerator to inhibit any possible germination.
